The map of this world

After the words: geography. Who grants status, where you check it, who sits on the file, and which seat you are in.

Five actors

1. Regulator / supervisor — owns the perimeter for a permission type.
2. Register / status record — where status becomes checkable.
3. Firm on the file — the legal person seeking or holding the status.
4. Operating business — products and decks (not automatically the same story as the file).
5. Readers — banks, partners, buyers, auditors who underwrite your status.

Three seats

• Applicant — getting on the file (Enter).
• Operator — staying on the file (Operate / Connect).
• Buyer / reader — underwriting someone else’s file (Transfer — later).

What we mean by “the file”

Not only a shared-drive folder: the application or notification, public status wording, conditions, named people where the regime cares, and the evidence that should match day to day. Decks summarise. Files constrain.
