Four fields on every permission

Closes Movement I. Every time someone says “we are licensed,” fill these four boxes before you argue, apply, or buy.

1. Type — the regulator’s status string (registered, licensed, authorised, notified…). If you cannot paste it from a live source, type is unknown.
2. Scope — what activities the status is actually for. Type without scope is how decks invent a platform from a narrow permission.
3. Conditions — capital, limits, undertakings, reporting. Empty box = “not found yet,” not “none.”
4. Named people — officers, controllers, others the regime treats as part of the permission story. Files are often people-shaped.

Type = what kind of object · Scope = what it is for · Conditions = what keeps it limited · Named people = who the regime is holding onto.
