White papers
MiCA requires a crypto-asset white paper for many public offers and admissions to trading — mandatory disclosures on the issuer/offeror, the asset, rights, technology, and risks. From 23 December 2025, supervisory filings use machine-readable iXBRL under the relevant ITS.

CASP authorisation & change of control
